Audikets ("we", "us", "our") operates the Audikets platform at https://audikets.seritrex.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

By accessing or using Audikets you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register we collect your name, email address, and password. If you join an institution you may also provide a role or job title.

Voice recordings & transcripts

When you use the voice-to-ticket feature, audio is recorded in your browser, uploaded to our servers, and sent to a third-party AI provider for transcription and structuring. We store the resulting transcript and structured ticket data. Audio files are retained only as long as needed for processing and are deleted automatically afterward unless you or your institution opts in to longer retention.

Usage data

We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction timestamps to operate and improve the service.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited billing details (last four digits, expiry, billing address) from the provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Audikets service.
• To process voice recordings into structured tickets via AI.
• To manage subscriptions, billing, and customer support.
• To send transactional emails (invitations, password resets, billing receipts).
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• AI processing providers — voice audio is sent to a third-party AI service for transcription. These providers process data under strict data-processing agreements.
• Payment processors — to handle subscription billing.
• Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and storage services that run the platform.
• Legal authorities — if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Ticket data (transcripts, descriptions, metadata) is retained for the lifetime of the institution workspace. Audio files are deleted after processing unless longer retention is configured by the institution admin.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions.

Audikets uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

9. Children

Audikets is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
